E-recruitment Management System
The E-recruitment module is for online faculty recruitment. A paperless solution reduces the administrative hassle and facilitates an
efficient recruitment process. Creates vacancies by defining basic requirements such as required qualifications, experience, number of vacancies,
etc., and can be hosted on the institute website.
The candidates apply online in response to the vacancies, and the data gets stored in the ERP. The applications are available for scrutiny and
approval by the scrutiny committee online.
Interview rounds are scheduled and their slots are marked by the interviewer. Subsequently, an email is sent to all the selected candidates, via
the system, for the interview.
After the interview rounds, the short-listed candidates are visible in the respective logins of the authorities for approval. Configure template
and generate appointment letters with the system in a click.
The selected candidate’s data is transferred to the service book module from the E-recruitment module and other faculty modules to avoid rework
and manual data entry.
